Emmentaler cheese
Emmentaler is a hard type of cheese made from heat-treated cow's milk to which lactic acid and propionic bacteria are added. The classic shape of an Emmentaler is a round wheel weighing between 70 and 80 kg. The cheese has a distinctive sweet taste reminiscent of walnut kernels. It is available in different packaging: sliced from the wheel, vacuum-packed 0.4 kg, 1 kg, 3 kg and 150 g sliced.
Ingredients: Heat-treated milk with at least 60% dry matter and at least 45% fat in dry matter
