Livada is a semi-hard Tilsit type of cheese manufactured from pasteurised milk to which carefully selected lactic acid bacteria are added.
LAHKA LIVADA

Livada Light is a semi-hard Tilsit type of cheese manufactured from pasteurised milk to which carefully selected lactic acid bacteria are added. Livada Light cheese is contains less fats.


Ingredients:
Livada: Pasteurised milk with a minimum of 53% dry matter and a minimum of 45% m.f. in the dry matter.
Lahka livada: Pasteurised milk with a minimum of 45% dry matter and a minimum of 25% of m.f. in the dry matter.
