Buttermilk

Buttermilk natural and fruit

Buttermilk is a by-product of butter-making. It is easily digestible and low in milk fat. The natural buttermilk is fermented with lactic acid bacteria, while the fruit flavours have added fruit pulp: forest fruits and strawberry. They are packaged in 220 g plastic pots with lids.

Ingredients: fermented buttermilk with 0.5% m. f., fruit preparation 12% (sugar, lemon juice (40%), modified corn starch, elderflower extract (0.4%), flavouring), lactic acid cultures.

STRAWBERRY

Ingredients: fermented buttermilk with 0.5% m. f., fruit preparation 12% (sugar, strawberry puree (35%), water, thickener: pectin, colouring: beta carotene and carmine, acid: citric acid), lactic acid cultures.

FOREST FRUITS

Ingredients: fermented buttermilk with 0.5% m. f., fruit preparation 12% (sugar, blueberry fruit juice (11%) from concentrated blueberry juice, raspberry juice (11%) from concentrated raspberry juice, strawberry puree (11%), blackberry puree (11%)), modified corn starch, flavouring, colourings.

PEAR–VANILLA

Fermented buttermilk with 0.5% milk fat (milk), fruit preparation 12% (sugar, pear purée (20%), water, concentrated apple juice, modified corn starch (E1442), concentrated carrot juice, flavouring, safflower extract), cultures.
