LIVADA is a semi-hard Tilsit type of cheese manufactured from pasteurised milk to which carefully selected lactic acid bacteria are added.

LIVADA LIGHT is a semi-hard Tilsit type of cheese manufactured from pasteurised low-fat milk to which lactic acid bacteria are added.

Ingredients:

Livada: Pasteurised milk with a minimum of 53% dry matter and a minimum of 45% m. f. in dry matter.
Livada Light: Pasteurised milk with a minimum of 45% dry matter and a minimum of 25% m. f. in dry matter.
