Homemade cottage cheese is fresh cheese made from pasteurised milk. It is packaged in plastic pots or bags under sterile conditions.
Ingredients: Three-quarter-fat fresh cheese made from pasteurised milk with a minimum of 20% dry matter and a minimum of 35% milk fat in the dry matter.
