Falling into the light food category, our yoghurt is a product that contributes to modern man’s wellbeing. It is produced from pasteurised milk with the addition of selected lactic acid bacteria, which convert milk sugars into lactic acid. Yoghurt thus becomes more easily digestible, while still retaining all the nutrients of milk. The product is packaged under sterile conditions in plastic pots with aluminium lids. The packaging unit contains 180 g.

COLD AVOCADO SOUP
Peel the avocados, cut them in half, remove their stones and cut them into large pieces. Put the avocado pieces into a blender, add the yoghurt, lemon juice and half a glass of water. Blend the ingredients while gradually adding water to achieve the desired thickness. Season with salt and crushed garlic.
