The Pomursko mlejko milk is a perfect choice for all who favour the genuine milk flavour. Due to the short time of high temperature processing, the milk retains all the precious ingredients (proteins, calcium and phosphorus). Pomursko mlejko is produced from milk with 3.5% fat using UHT for a longer shelf life. The product is packaged under sterile conditions in sterile packaging, which may or may not include a lid. Pomursko mlejko is available in 0.5 l and 1 l cartons.

CHOCOLATE CHERRY MILKSHAKE
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp. vanilla ice cream or frozen yoghurt
- ¾ cup cold Pomursko mlejko milk
- ¼ cup chocolate syrup
- 3 maraschino cherries, stems and pits removed
- Pomurske mlekarne whipped cream and cherry for garnish
Put ice cream, milk, chocolate syrup and cherries in an electric blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and top with whipped cream. Garnish with the additional cherry.
